Don’t go to the Apple Store

Intimidation at the Apple Store and lack of reservations.
As a woman, I do not want to be made to feel intimidated anywhere I go, but nothing compares to the intimidation I feel… as when I walk into an Apple Store. From the long lines, the hussle and bussle of the sales teams, and all the people standing about. It’s absolute mayhem!!

I've had to visit the Apple store a few times since I started using Apple products, and I can tell you that the mere thought of having to go makes me break out in hives. The wait time for a reservation is usually anywhere from a few days, to a few weeks. As an extremely busy mother of 3, I cannot wait that long just to get an appointment for service!

If you ever need service on you Apple product, come see us. I am the first person you see when you walk into our office. I am the one who the customer speaks to about the issue they are experiencing with their computer or iPad. I hear so many negative things about the Apple store from customers on a daily basis. This is NOT an exaggeration (nor a sales pitch). From how there are never reservations (I can attest to that!) to how the Apple store erased their hard drive without backup (are you kidding me???)!!

It's pretty cut and dry in my opinion...if you don't HAVE to go into the store, DON’T! Bring your device(s) to us. You will never feel intimidated, you will never be or feel like a "number", and we will never share, store, or delete data off your hard drive. We provide personal services that the Apple Store does not/cannot provide, such as data migration, onsite services, pick up/delivery, and assistance to/from your vehicle when needed.
