What if my computer is not under warranty?
If you need service and your Mac is out of warranty, contact Sewelltech for help. We have Apple Certified Technicians ready to troubleshoot and repair your Apple Product(s). Sewelltech uses genuine Apple parts in all out-of-warranty service repairs. Sewelltech pricing includes labor, parts, and a 90-day guarantee on materials and workmanship. Please contact Sewelltech for specific pricing on all out-of-warranty service repairs.
Can I get on-site service if my computer is out of warranty?
Sewelltech offers many extra services, including on-site repair of your Apple Product(s). Please contact Sewelltech for more information regarding these services.
How can I protect myself from costly repairs in the future?
Purchase the AppleCare Protection Plan for your Macintosh. AppleCare extends your factory warranty from one year, to a whopping three years!
Can I get my Performa or Classic Mac serviced?
That is a very good question, as Apple's own retail stores do not provide these services! But Sewelltech does of course service EVERY Macintosh ever made. No more wondering, just contact Sewelltech!
Out-Of-Warranty service repairs applies to:
Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, and misapplication.
Non-Apple products serviced by anyone who is not an Apple Authorized Service Provider including upgrades and expansions.
A product or a part modified without the written permission of Apple.
Units with the Apple serial number removed or defaced.
