  • Answers phones promptly and professionally, assisting walk-in customers
  • Greet customers, vendors, and delivery people
  • Update customer contact database
  • Mail invoices, marketing pieces, and general correspondence
  • Compile and track shipments through the Internet
  • Filing and copying
  • Maintain calendars/schedules
  • Distribute incoming packages and mail
  • Answer questions about the company and provide callers with address, directions, etc.
  • Match up and mail out invoices for the accounting department
  • Support sales and service staff and other miscellaneous duties
  • Check-in customer machines when they come in for service
  • Coordinates meetings and conference calls
  • Creates and modifies various office and system-related documents
  • Prepares meeting materials
  • Manages the general operation of office supplies, office lease, etc.
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned
  • Handle Administrative Assistant duties for the president of the company


Excellent communication, professional, organizational, and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in the role of Office Manager/ Administrative Assistant

  • Qualifications include:
    High school diploma or GED equivalent (some college coursework or business vocational school education is a plus).
  • 3-5+ years of administrative support experience with increasing responsibility.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Word, Excel, E-mail, and familiarity with the Internet. Must also be willing to learn new computer technologies.
  • Excellent organizational, written/oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in the challenge, excitement, and responsibility of a fast-paced, growth environment.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Reliable
